According to our sources and our own reasearch we are the only Ethiopian Restaurant in Southern Ontario that has Honey Wine available to their guests. If you are not familiar with Honey Wine, it is the National drink of Ethiopian and is often referred to as Tej--a golden sweet and dry wine. Tej is one or the world’s earliest fermented drinks Consumed before the time of Christ. Tej was one of the many gifts carried by Makeda, the queen of Sheba to Jerusalem’s King Solomon.
